Working off the foundation of The Enterprise Way campaign, Enterprise wanted to create a spot that really humanized the “Pick You Up” moment between employee and customer. We brought in a bit of humor to showcase how Enterprise employees go above and beyond for customer service, even if it’s bailing you out of an uncomfortable family situation.
